Our History
CrossRoads Pregnancy Center (formerly Greenwood Women's Center) has served Greenwood and the surrounding counties for the last eighteen years. We are a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.
CrossRoads Pregnancy Center was established to help women and men dealing with unplanned pregnancies. We know the difficult decisions that lie ahead. We believe that with all the facts concerning your options you can make a better informed decision concerning you and your baby. We can equip you with the tools you need to carry out your decision. We serve to empower you to begin to make healthy life choices. Our caring staff and volunteers are well-trained individuals from our community who want to make a difference. We believe God has a purpose and plan for every life.
Our center is staffed with two full-time staff people. CrossRoads Pregnancy Center also depends on generous volunteers from the community to assist us in carrying out our mission.
Our Funding
CrossRoads Pregnancy Center depends upon generous donations and support from individuals, churches, and businesses in the Greenwood and surrounding Counties. We are currently seeking other ways of funding including mini-grants, grants and state & federal funding.
Our Governance
CrossRoads Pregnancy Center is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors selected from within our community. Our directors and officers are caring, Christian individuals concerned about the well-being of mothers and babies in crisis and/or in need of our services.
